Mission: LOTM Buys Companies and Trades Stocks.

Buying Companies: LOTM’s focus is to identify Companies that are Niche Leaders in their industry, have above average growth or growth potential, are trading at a reasonable value, have a recurring revenue model and are financially self supporting. Generally these are companies with a market capitalization under $1.5 billion. Our analysis is based on company and industry fundamentals.

Our Focus List is called LOTM’s UNDER 10.

  • Our screening of companies is for investment ideas that are trading under $10.00 per share.
  • We’ll share our thoughts as we see company and market events unfold.
  • Our risk management tactic is “dollar cost averaging” for this strategy.
  • Our goal is 3 to 10 times appreciation on our company holdings.
  • Our target holding period is two-to-four years.

Trading Stocks: LOTM believes in owning companies and then trading around those positions – buying into additional shares during weakness and selling partial positions into a sharp upward price move. The same companies we own long term present us with our core trading opportunities. Technical analysis is employed in this strategy. Emphasis is on price crossing moving averages, support and resistance levels and accumulation/distribution indicators to help with the timing of buys and sells. In our Trading Stocks strategy we recommended using stop losses as a risk management tactic.

LOTM High Dividend Payers: LOTM will also bring you high potential dividend paying companies that offer the opportunity for above average returns or growth in dividends over time.
