The merger with Soluna was approved by 97% of shareholders.
Soluna – The Market: Be a partner to Alternative Energy producers to utilize their unused Electricity in batch computing. Currently the fastest growing and most profitable application of batch computing is Crypto mining. The addressable market for batch computing, however, expands well beyond Crypto mining.
Batch Computing Examples: Batch computing generates a product, but the sequential processes need not necessarily generate a product. Some examples of batch processes are Video production (animated film), beverage processing, biotech products manufacturing, dairy processing, food processing, pharmaceutical formulations and soap manufacturing.
Mentioned in the Video link below, MKTY’s cost to do batch computing is 50% to 75% lower than batch computing done through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
For LOTM, MKTY / Soluna is more a “undiscovered core position” than a trading stock based on risk to reward. Institutional ownership is less than 5%. Certainly, the stock can be traded, and I believe very successfully. For the next twelve months, it is my humble opinion that the upside potential for the share price – barring negative general market condition developments – is fivefold to tenfold. If you can out-trade that potential, after tax, I’m humbled by your skill set. 2022 will see a startling increase in revenue at MKTY/Soluna. We are of the mind that 2020 annual revenue of $9 million could grow to a $300 million run rate, profitably, by year-end 2022.
