Our Founder: Tom Linzmeier

A stockbroker for over 23 years, Tom Linzmeier began teaching his Making Your Living from the Stock Market Program in 1990. In 1999, he took this teaching to a deeper level and began publishing a unique newsletter that chronicled his moves as he applied his systematic procedure for making a living off of the stock market.

Founder and investment strategist for LivingOffTheMarket™.com, Inc. (LOTM), Tom Linzmeier has taught many people across the USA (in eleven cities from Boston, to Dallas, to Seattle) how to invest in their future and create a lifestyle where their money works for them.

Tom is the co-author with Jesse Taylor of the book, Making Your Living from the Stock Market, now in its second printing. Readers of Twin Cities Business Monthly named Tom Linzmeier one of the Twin Cities’ best brokers in November 1995. Since the release of his book, Tom has grown from working as a highly respected Twin Cities broker to serving as a nationally known investment educator. Since 1990, before “day trader” and “Dow 10,000″ were household words, Tom was conducting highly popular Making Your Living from the Stock Market seminars.

Tom Linzmeier is also managing director of a private investment partnership. He was a stockbroker from 1976 through 1999, and was a First Vice President of Sales for the NYSE-member firm, Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
